Dr. Shalom Holtz
Shalom E. Holtz is Professor of Bible at Yeshiva University. He is the author of numerous comparative studies of biblical and ancient Near Eastern law. His most recent book, Praying Legally (2019), examines courtroom metaphors in Hebrew prayer.
