Rabbi David Fine was the rabbi of the Lake Park Synagogue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Congregation BIAV in Overland Park, Kansas before making Aliyah in 2008. He is the Founder and Dean of the Barkai Center for Practical Rabbinics and Community Development and teaches Religious Zionism at the Amudim Seminary in Jerusalem. He was a candidate for the 25th Knesset. He is married to Dr. Julie Fine, a child psychologist and they have 4 sons and 1 grandson.
