Michal Pelcovitz Galla, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist, an Assistant Professor of Psychology in Clinical Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medicine and the Clinical Director of Ambulatory Child Psychology at New York Presbyterian. She has an expertise in evidence-based therapy for children, teens and young adults suffering from anxiety, trauma, and related disorders. She also researches ways to optimize therapy for youth using virtual reality (VR). In addition to her work at Cornell, Dr. Pelcovitz Galla is a mental health consultant for NCSY Summer Programs and provides training and support to staff and leadership in navigating mental health challenges in youth.
