DR. ARI GREENSPAN is a mohel, shochet and sofer, and has worked for more than 30 years collecting Jewish traditions and mesorot from far-flung Jewish communities around the globe.
Together with Dr. Ari Zivotofsky, these halachic adventurers have organized the highly successful kosher meals of exotic animals, as a means of passing along disappearing kosher food traditions. They have guided many tours to remote areas of Africa and India.
They have researched and visited many different Jewish groups in India and are experts on the history and unique historic halachic literature and have visited over 40 countries on 5 continents with the sole aim of studying Jewish communities. They are charismatic, hard working and fun. They are excited to lead our adventure in India.
