Tiferet Unterman is a rising third year law student with a focus in public service law at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. Prior to starting law school, Tiferet was the Adviser on Economic and Social Affairs at the Permanent Mission of Israel to the United Nations. As an alumna of Yeshiva University and Midreshet Lindenbaum, Tiferet has created Jewish educational programs and taught in both formal and informal settings to children and adults. Most recently, Tiferet taught in New York’s Spanish-Portuguese Synagogue Bet Midrash Program for three years.
