Ora Ziring is a native Torontonian and graduate of Ulpana Orot. She has studied at Midreshet Lindenbaum, York University, the Graduate Program for Advanced Talmudic Studies, and Nishmat. She spent her summers as the assistant head of the Beit Midrash Program at Moshava IO and as a senior fellow at the Center for Modern Torah Leadership. She has taught at the Bronfman Center, Stern College, SAR and Emuna V'omanut. She spent three years in Toronto where she was the director of the Women’s Beit Midrash, and worked as one of the communities Yoatzot Halacha. She recently returned to Israel with her husband Jonathan and three sons, Meir, Aharon and Ezra, where she has been teaching at Midreshet Lindenbaum and writing halacha curriculum for Sulamot.
