Director of the Wurzweiler Social Work School (WSSW) of Yeshiva University (YU) in Israel.
As the Director of WSSW Israel and in collaboration with Amudim, Nechama Co-Founded and Co-Directs The Jerusalem Therapy Center (JTC), the only English-speaking mental health clinic in Israel. She worked as a licensed social worker for ten years at the rape crisis center for religious women in Jerusalem and managed a domestic violence treatment center for Wizo for 7 years. Additionally, Nechama has been in private practice for over 20 years, specializing in treating trauma and abuse.
