This series will study the books of Neviim Rishonim in sequence, starting at the beginning with Yehoshua.  This year long course will explore Yehoshua's leadership, new strategic, tactical and spiritual challenges facing the army of Israel as it entered the land, and the process by which the Jewish people established their permanent presence in the Land of Israel.

In the Spring session, beginning Tuesday, April, 22, 2025 we will focus on chapters 8 – 11.  Together we will climb Mt. Grizzim and Mt. Eival, experience the great Blessings and Curses ceremony, and explore the complexity of Israel’s relationships with the Canaanite tribes as demonstrated by the Givonim.  We will analyze the great battles of the North and South for the strategic control of the land of Israel, and for their impact on our presence in the land.  Most importantly, we will learn deep insights into and gain great inspiration from Joshua’s extraordinary leadership, lessons that are still reverberating today!

Feel free to join at any time. All texts are translated!
