Rabbi Alex Israel is an author, Tanakh teacher and international lecturer. He teaches at Yeshivat Eretz Hatzvi, Midreshet Lindebaum, and is a program coordinator for the Rabbi Sacks Legacy. Rav Alex made Aliyah in 1991 from the UK. He holds degrees from London School of Economics, the Institute of Education, London and Bar Ilan University and semikha from the Israeli Chief Rabbinate. His books "I Kings - Torn in Two" and II Kings - In a Whirlwind" have been received to great acclaim. Rav Alex records a daily podcast - The Tanakh Podcast - and has taught in Jewish communities and campuses on 5 continents.
