Meet the speaker
Channa Lockshin Bob
Channa Lockshin Bob teaches Gemara at Midreshet Amudim in Modiin, and works in the Judaica collection at the National Library of Israel. Formerly, she served as the Head of Judaics at the Yahad School, a mixed religious-secular school in Modi'in. She has taught Talmud and Halakha at Midreshet Lindenbaum and, before making aliyah in 2009, taught Talmud and Halakha at Drisha in NY and Ma'ayanot High School in NJ. Channa has an MA in Religion from Columbia University and is a graduate of the Drisha Scholars Circle.
