Dr. Anna Urowitz-Freudenstein
Dr. Anna Urowitz-Freudenstein is the Head of the Department of Jewish Thought at Tanenbaum CHAT, Wallenberg Campus. Anna Urowitz-Freudenstein received both her Ph.D. in Midrash and her M.A. in Ancient Judaism from the Jewish Theological Seminary. Her doctoral dissertation was entitled, "An Investigation of Exegetical Methods in the Tannaitic Midrashim: A Study of Texts that Mention Individual Women".
