Professor Herb Basser currently (Winter 2004) teaches New Testament, Conversational Hebrew, Interpretation of Religion and the Gospel of Matthew at Queen's University. An ordained Rabbi, with many years experience as a Hillel Rabbi in Florida and Manitoba as well as a prison Chaplain in Ontario, he is the author of eight books and over a hundred major articles and reviews.
