Rabbi Avi Billet studied in Yeshivat Har Etzion in Gush Etzion, Israel, and completed rabbinic ordination and a Masters in Education at Yeshiva University. He has been a mohel since 1998, and has been the rabbi of Anshei Chesed Congregation in Boynton Beach, FL since 2009.
