RABBI DR. ARI ZIVOTOFSKY is a professor of Neuroscience at Bar Ilan University. He is an expert in the laws and traditions of kosher animals. He co-created the highly successful “mesorah dinners” and conferences in Yerushalayim, New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago.
