Abe Katz is the Founding Director of the Beurei Hatefila Institute that was established to encourage the study of the origin of the words and structure of the Jewish Prayerbook, the Siddur. For the last seven years, he has been publishing a weekly e-mail newsletter in which he has been tracing the sources of the prayers found within the Siddur.
