Becky Friedman works as Director of Communications and Governance at Associated Hebrew Schools, where she is occasionally known as "Parsha Becky." She has participated in the Youth and Adult International Chidon HaTanachs, and teaches Chidon HaTanach at Associated, as well. A graduate of Ohr Torah Stone's International Halakhic Scholars Program and of York University's Jewish Teacher Education Program, she holds degrees in Education and Professional Writing, along with an Advanced Certificate in Hebrew and Jewish Studies. Becky is also active in the Toronto Partnership Minyan. Becky is passionate about Torah study; she has a Youtube channel where she talks about the weekly Parsha, and is partway through her fifth cycle of learning Shas (Gemara).
